Punishment of the crime

At around 22:15 on January 13, 2014, the Defendant cut off the victim C’s children at the GTX Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, 471, using the gap of one eye in which the victim’s children are placed adjacent to the bank owned by the victim, one 10,000 won in cash, one 50,000 won in the market value, one 1 YM, one 30,000 won in the market value, and one 200,000 won in the market value, and one 30,000 won in the market value.
