A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The date of seizure shall be DNA (Evidence No. 1) which has been seized from the accused.

On July 3, 2001, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Jung-gu District Court on July 3, 2001, and was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Jung-gu District Court on November 25, 2004, and was sentenced to three years for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Jung-gu District Court on January 17, 2007. On March 19, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to three years and six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Jung-gu District Court on June 9, 2015.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 6, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 21:13, the Government of the Republic of Korea, where the victim B resides, came to fall under C Apartment Complex D; (b) the victim was in possession of the crepan in the absence, thereby destroying the device to correct the entrance of the above apartment, and intrudes on the inside of the above apartment.

The Defendant stolen the victim’s property equivalent to 1,2510,000 won in total, including various precious metals, cosmetics, merchandise coupons, etc., which are the victim’s 74 U.S. dollars in the above apartment house, 1.5 million U.S. dollars in the market price, and 200,000 U.S. dollars in the market price.

2. On July 12, 2019, around 20:20 on July 12, 2019, the Defendant got into the F apartment G of the Gu Government-si where the victim E resides, and the victim was in possession of the crepan in the absence of the victim, thereby destroying the glass outflow network adjacent to the entrance of the present apartment and invaded the inside of the said apartment.

The Defendant stolen Chapter 1, 10,00 UN, 10,000 won gold compulsory gift certificates, 3, 10,000 won fake gift certificates, 1,000 won only, 1,000 won fake gift certificates, and 2,2,000 won fake gift certificates, owned by the victim of the instant apartment inside the apartment.
