1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 17,284,648 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 18, 2016 to the day of full payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On September 15, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant for the supply of content pipe, and supplied goods.

However, on May 25, 2016, the defendant delayed the payment of the price for the goods and had 71,517,274 won for attempted money as of May 25, 2016.

B. On June 23, 2016, the Plaintiff received the payment of KRW 52,232,626 from the Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. in subrogation.

According to the facts of the above recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 17,284,683, and damages for delay determined at the rate of 15% per annum from June 18, 2016 to the day of complete payment, as requested by the Plaintiff, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case.

3. If so, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable and acceptable.
