1. The Defendant’s KRW 42,409,842 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 6% per annum from August 1, 2015 to February 15, 2016.

Comprehensively taking account of each of the statements in subparagraphs 1 through 3 above, the following facts can be acknowledged: (a) the Plaintiff, a corporation operating paper boxes and packing materials manufacturing business, supplied Plaintiff-produced packing materials from April 2015 to July 31, 2015; and (b) the price for attempted goods as of July 31, 2015, constitutes 42,409,842.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at each rate of 42,409,842 won and 15% per annum under the Commercial Act from August 1, 2015, which is the day following the day when the original copy of the instant payment order was served on the Defendant from August 1, 2015 to the day when the original copy of the instant payment order was served on the Defendant.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case seeking its implementation is accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
