1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 145,494,552 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 22, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments as to Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, since the plaintiff supplied the defendant with goods, such as "LPE protection films," etc. between April 2015 and September 2016, and the proceeds of attempted payment are recognized as constituting 145,494,552, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff damages for delay of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from December 22, 2016 to the date of delivery of the original copy of the payment order in this case, as the plaintiff seeks against the plaintiff.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
