Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the chief director of the D Saemaul Treasury in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, who was going through the election of the chief director on January 30, 2016.

No one shall provide, express an intention to provide, or promise to provide money, valuables, entertainment, other property benefits, or a public or private job to any member or his/her family member for the purpose of having him/herself or a specific person elected as an executive of a credit cooperative or preventing him/her from being elected.

1. The Defendant, who committed a crime on November 10, 2015, requested support from the Fial Points located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul around November 10, 2015 to G to re-ex the election of the president of the D Saemaul Cooperative on January 30, 2016.

2. The Defendant, who committed a crime on November 30, 2015, intends to return to the election of the president of the Saemaul Bank, which is held on January 30, 2016, at the D Saemaul Treasury office located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to H around November 30, 2015.

Only once, 300,000 won was provided to the purport that "I want to do so."
