However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
(a) No person who violates the Resident Registration Act shall file a false report or application with respect to a resident registration or resident registration certificate;
On July 21, 2014, the Defendant conspired with the person who was unaware of his name, filed a false report on the resident registration two times from that time to May 19, 2017, in order to draw up the passbook under the name of the Defendant in Gwangju apartment, by moving-in to Seoul Metropolitan City D without actual intention of moving-in, and filing a false report on the resident registration, from that time, to that time, from May 19, 2017.
(b) No person who violates the Housing Act shall acquire a supply of, or have others acquire a supply of, any deed, status or housing constructed and supplied pursuant to the Housing Act by fraudulent or other illegal means;
On October 1, 2014, the Defendant, in collusion with the person who was unaware of his name, filed an application for subscription to Gwangju apartment, and acquired the right of sale by making a move-in report to Nam-gu Gwangju Metropolitan City D where the Defendant does not actually reside, such as the foregoing paragraph (a), and by raising the order of sale.
The Defendant, as seen above, supplied a house by unlawful means, from around May 25, 2017 to around May 25, 2017, through two times, as shown in the List of Offenses (1) Nos. 2 through 3.
C. On August 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) in collusion with a name-free person, entered the application system as if the Defendant was the actual domicile of the Defendant who was transferred to Dong-gu G in Ulsan-si in order to acquire the right to sell a F apartment unit in order to acquire the right to sell the unit of the F apartment unit, which was sold in order of the residents residing in Ulsan-si (State) from the victim E, into the application
Accordingly, the defendant, through fair examination of qualifications, interferes with the victim's work to supply apartment sale rights by fraudulent means.
