Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 14, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for larceny at the Incheon District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 1, 2018.

1. On November 7, 201, the Defendant violated the National Health Protection Act, by taking advantage of the personal information of “X andY” in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, the Defendant received medical treatment as if he/she was X, and had the said W Council members file an application for insurance benefits under the pretext of medical care benefits benefits in the Health Insurance Review Evaluation Institute, and received KRW 8,830 from the victims of the National Health Insurance Service notified thereof.

In addition, the Defendant received a total of KRW 813,462 from that to March 29, 2018 from each hospital, etc. for a total of KRW 813,462 on 91 occasions as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table. At the same time, the Defendant had each hospital, etc. receive insurance benefits by unlawful means over a total of 78 times, as indicated in the attached Table No. 14 to 91.

2. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, around January 4, 2015, unlawfully used X’s resident registration numbers over 78 times in total, as indicated in the attached Table Nos. 14 through 91, such as using X’s resident registration number as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s resident registration number, after receiving medical treatment from AB children and family members of the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Z building A, and family department.
