Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 11, 2017, the defrauded: (a) the C Council member located in the Dong-gu, Busan; (b) had the victim receive medical treatment by deceiving the above employees and doctors by inducing them to make their names and resident registration numbers impossible; and (c) had the above employees aware of such fact file an application for KRW 7,520 as insurance benefits for D with the National Health Insurance Corporation; and (d) had the victim pay the above amount to the above Council member from November 22, 2019; and (b) had the victim pay the above amount to the above Council member, from November 22, 2019, by deceiving the victim staff in charge of the above method 918,688 won in total, and caused the victim to pay insurance benefits to each hospital and pharmacy listed in the daily list of crimes; (b) thereby, the National Health Insurance Corporation paid the amount of monetary benefits equivalent to the above amount of the charges by obtaining monetary benefits from the victim to the medical institution as stated in Article 27(3) of the Criminal Act.

2. No person who violates the National Health Insurance Act shall receive insurance benefits or allow any other person to receive insurance benefits by fraudulent or other illegal means;

Nevertheless, around January 11, 2017, the Defendant received KRW 918,688, in total, 91 times in the same manner as indicated in the attached list of crimes, from around November 22, 2019, a total of 918,6888 won, including, but not limited to, an employee of the said member, who received medical treatment by stealing the name and resident registration number of D, as described in the aforementioned paragraph (1).
