Punishment of the crime

No one shall engage in the business of exchanging or arranging the exchange or repurchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products.

1. From February 20, 2018 to September 29, 2018, the Defendants (C “C”) employed a total of 165 game machine, such as the following: (a) from February 20, 2018 to September 29, 2018, the Defendants offered 30 game machine; (b) 30 game machine; (c) mobile game machine; (d) mobile game machine; (d) 30 game machine; (c) private game machine; (d) 25 game machine; (d) 20 game machine; (c) the elderly and the sea 20 game machine; and (d) 165 game machine; and (d) from September 29, 2018, the Defendants used the suspension of indictment as employees in Chapter E ( November 15, 2019); and (c) provided unspecified customers with the game product to use it as a business by giving them more than 10 percent to them.

Ultimately, the Defendants conspired with E to engage in money exchange business.

2. From September 21, 2018 to September 29, 2018, the Defendants committed a crime (C’C’s game site) from around September 21, 2018 to around September 29, 2018 (hereinafter “C’s game site”) installed 30 game machine of the instant C in the right space of the said C from September 21, 2018 to September 22:29, 2018, 30 game machine of the instant C, 30 game machine of the posters, 30 game machine of the posters, 10-day night game software, and 70-day game machine as an employee of the game room, and provided E with game products to many unspecified customers visiting the game room, and used the game products and exchanged them after deducting 10 percent from the points they used and acquired.
