Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants shall not administer, deliver, or sell narcotics, and no person, other than narcotics handlers, shall administer, deliver, or sell the psychotropic drugs.

1. Defendant A

A. 1) On November 2015, the Defendant purchased drugs with a psychotropic spirit: (a) 306 F Dormitory in Jinsung-gun, J (one’s title “H”); (b) 50,000 won from the G (one’s title “H”) who is a book for the sale of narcotics; and (c) 1,000 won should be paid later; and (d) 1, which is a local mental medicine.

2) On December 2015, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 306 F Dormitory 306, supra; (b) paid KRW 50,000 from the said G in the future; and (c) 1 ought to be drawn up, one of the drugs, a local mental medicine.

3) On January 2016, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 306 F Dormitory 306, and (b) 50,000 won from the above G were to be paid later; and (c) 1,000 won was to be paid later; and (d) 1,000 won was to be distributed

4) On February 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around February 20, 2016, 306 of the F Dormitory of the above (State); (b) paid KRW 50,000 from the above G in the future; and (c) collected one of the drugs, a local mental medicine.

5) On February 27, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around February 27, 2016, paid the sum of KRW 1,50,000 from the above G to the next 150,000; and (b) up to 0.2g of 1st and ice 0.2g, a local mental medicine.

B. around February 27, 2016, the Defendant administered drugs with a psychotropic spirit 1) around 306 F dormitory 306, the Defendant, as indicated in paragraph (a)(5) of the same Article, in a way that, at the same time, she puts in a ice 0.2g glass pipe, which is a local mental medicine medicine purchased as indicated in paragraph (a) of the same Article, connects the ice 0.2g glass pipe, which is in water containing the glass pipe, by heating the glass pipe containing Auss using a single-use camera, and then inhales the smoke that occurs from a ice with a ice pipe when the ice melts the ice.

2) On February 27, 2016, the Defendant purchased, as described in paragraph 303 of the F dormitory of the above (State) around February 27, 2016, and 5).
