1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

2. Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On February 3, 2016, in the vicinity of the “F funeral ceremony” located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul, the Defendant: (a) opened approximately 1g of the Mesofts (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”); and (b) opened approximately 400,000 won to G.

B. On February 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) in the vicinity of the “F funeral ceremony” located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu; (b) 1g of philopon from G; and (c) 400,000 won to G.

On February 29, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around the 'I oriental medical hospital located in H in Gwangju Mine-gu'; (b) 1g philopon from G; and (c) 400,000 won to G.

(d)

On March 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around the Honam-dong in Gwangju Mine-gu, the Defendant was able to 300,000 won to G, and (b) approximately 2g opon from G, with approximately 300,000 won.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On March 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the Defendant’s house in Gwangju Mine-gu, J apartment 101 Dong 2402; (b) at the Defendant’s house in Gwangju Mine-gu, 101-dong 2402, the Defendant: (c) sticked two immediately two strings at water-containings; (d) put about about 0.5 g of opphones at the end of one string; and (d) opened the string to the opposite promptly, and administered them in a way of inhaleing the said smoke.

B. On March 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the Defendant’s house located in Gwangju Mine-gu J apartment No. 101 Dong 2402, the Defendant 1: (b) sticked two fasts at the Defendant’s house of Gwangju Mine-gu, and opened two strings to the water-containing disease at one end; (c) put about about 0.5g of the philopon at the end of the string; and (d) opened the string to the opposite soon as possible; and (c) administered them in a way that inhales the smoke.

(c)

On March 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the Defendant’s house in Gwangju Mine-gu J apartment No. 101 Dong 2402, the Defendant: (b) sticking two strings to the raw water bottles containing water; (c) throwing 0.5g g of the philopon at the end of the string; and (d) put the strings to the opposite promptly, and inhales the smoke.
