A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car with Bone Star, who is in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Risk Driving).

On January 13, 2018, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at a speed of about 40km per hour while driving the said vehicle at a speed of 0.110km prior to the station located in Heungi City C, in a state of alcohol of 0.110% of alcohol content among blood transfusions around 16:00, at a speed of about 40km per hour, while driving the said vehicle at a water station located in Heung City with three lanes from the water station to the riverside.

At the time, the Defendant was in an inaccurate state of the horse's development, smelling in the drafting, and having difficulty in driving normally, such as walking on the left and right right.

Nevertheless, the defendant, while driving the above vehicle under the above condition, she shocked the back part of the victim E(48) driver's vehicle in the front part of the victim E(48) driver's vehicle which was waiting at the front side of the same lane as at the time when the above vehicle was driven by the defendant's vehicle with the front part of the driver's vehicle, and due to the shock, the above car was pushed up in the future while the signal was pushed up in the front side, and the H K5 car of the victim G(42 years old) which was going under the signal waiting at the front side of the vehicle, and caused the above K5 passenger vehicle to shocked in the future while driving the victim I(37 years old) who was waiting in the signal waiting at the front side.

Ultimately, the Defendant, while driving a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of alcohol, was inflicted on the victims and the victims K (V, 39 years old) who were boarding the said K5 motor vehicle, respectively, by causing about two weeks of injury, such as “influent salt ties and tensions.”

2. On January 13, 2018, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol 0.110% during blood transfusion around 16:00, driven Bone Star Co., Ltd in the section of approximately 3.5 km from around the Cheongwater Fishing Place located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si to the front of the D gas station located in Siririsi, to the roads located in Siririsi.
