Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle with lurburged B, in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes.

On April 18, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car at around 06:35, and driven the three-lane road in front of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Southern-gu, along the direction of the tin market, one lane in the direction of the tin market.

On April 18, 2017, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.211% during blood transfusion around 06:35, the Defendant driven a vehicle from the front line of the trade in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon to approximately 6km from the Do before the main point of the trade name in the south-gu, Incheon to the front line of the Incheon Southern-gu C.
