A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a DNA strawing car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Egressing Vehicle) and the Road Traffic Act (Egress after accidents).

The Defendant continued to drive the said Lone Star passenger vehicle at the same lane (F) so that the victim I (37 years old), who is under the traffic at the same lane, would be the rear part of the said Lone Star passenger vehicle in the front part of the said 2nd part of the said Lone Star passenger vehicle in the middle part of the said 2nd part of the said Lone Star passenger vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant, at the same time, suffered injury to the victim M& (F) who is the passenger of the said Cost 14,187,318 won for repair, the said Cost 1,698,211 won for repair and the said Cost 1,69,211 won for repair and the said Cost 14,18,211 won for repair of the said Cost 14,18,318.
