Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 4,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A and B are the same company fees.

1. On February 7, 2014, at around 23:10, the Defendants jointly committed a crime: (a) with respect to whether the Defendant got a FNF rocketing car driven by the Defendant Company G (the age of 25) in front of the E-ju shop located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) the Defendants were able to see the face of the Victim H (the age of 24) by drinking, etc.; (c) the Defendants were able to see the face of the Victim H (the age of 24); and (d) the victims I (the age of 22) were spreaded by selling it, and the victim I (the age of 22) was used by the victim.
