1. Defendant C shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 297,00,000 and 20% per annum from February 21, 2009 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Summary of the parties' arguments;
A. On October 17, 2008, Plaintiff 1’s agent D’s sales contract (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) with the Defendants, E, and the Plaintiff’s agent for the purchase price of KRW 1.4776 million for the purchase price of KRW 1.6 million for the Republic of Korea and other nine parcels (total size: 1476 square meters) owned by the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).
2) The Plaintiff’s agent D, Defendant C, and E excluded farmland 79 square meters and reduced the sales amount to KRW 1.397 billion as shown in Table 1, and revised the contents of the contract as shown in Table 1, and completed the registration of ownership transfer in Defendant C’s name on February 20, 2009.
