Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

From December 10, 2019 to December 10, 2019, the Defendant is a person operating a rural private house in a trade name.

The Jeju Mayor issued an administrative order from August 28, 2020 to the end of the collective prohibition order, to prohibit grouping of at least 10 persons from gathering at least 10 persons at a place of private stay in agricultural and fishing villages, such as a string, etc., in order to prevent crole or 19 infectious diseases.

Nevertheless, on August 29, 2020, the Defendant carried out a business activity, such as making ten guests see the film while drinking alcohol at the ward located in the above house located in Jeju on August 29, 2020.

As a result, the Defendant violated collective prohibition measures to prevent the 19 infectious diseases in coaches of the competent authorities.
