Punishment of the crime

The Gwangju Metropolitan City Mayor issued an administrative order to prohibit multiple gatherings from around July 2, 2020 to around July 18:00 to around July 15, 2020 to the door-to-door seller, etc.

The Defendant is a person operating a company that visits cosmetics under the trade name called Seo-gu building B and C, “D.”

Nevertheless, on July 10, 2020, the Defendant collected 20 persons including the Defendant, including E, engaged in door-to-door sales business at the above door-to-door sales company around 14:30, and received communication education from instructors F.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the measures of collective prohibition administrative order by the Gwangju Metropolitan City Mayor for the prevention of 19 infectious diseases.
