Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person operating H in Gwangju Northern-gu G and the first floor, and the customers of the above PC are the defendants B, the defendants C, the defendants D, the defendants E, and the defendants F.

No one shall violate measures to restrict or prohibit performances, assemblies, religious rites, or other gatherings of people to prevent infectious diseases by the Minister of Health and Welfare, the Mayor/Do Governor, or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu.

On August 22, 2020, the Gwangju Metropolitan City Mayor issued a collective prohibition order to suspend the PC operations, taking two steps from August 23, 2020 to September 24, 2020, in order to block the dissemination of local communities of 19 infectious diseases and to strengthen the control of air defense stations.

1. Defendant A, from around 22:00 on September 1, 2020 to around 01:25, 202, had the aforementioned PC access to B, C, D, E, and F, and operated business by means of using computers and allowing them to view games using the Internet.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the measures of collective prohibition administrative order by the Gwangju Metropolitan City Mayor for the prevention of 19 infectious diseases.

2. Defendants B, C, Defendant D, Defendant E, and Defendant F entered the said PC from around 22:00 on September 1, 2020 to around 01:25, Sept. 2, 2020 and used the Internet to view the camping game.

Accordingly, the Defendants violated the collective prohibition administrative order of the Gwangju Metropolitan City Mayor for the prevention of 19 infectious diseases.
