Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On October 15, 201, Defendant B, at the office of E Co., Ltd. operated by the Defendant located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul (Seoul) on November 201, the Defendant appeared at the office of E Co., Ltd., a witness of the business director of the above company A as a witness of the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) against the Defendant, and asked A to testify that he driven a Fluent Car owned by the Defendant, thereby having the Defendant feel to prove
Therefore, on December 26, 2011, the Defendant appeared at the court of Seoul Southern District Court No. 409 located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, as a witness of the case of violation of the Road Traffic Act (Joint Driving) at the above court 201Da2546, 201Ga-3274 (Joint Driving). On October 15, 2010, the Defendant made a false testimony to the effect that “A, while the Defendant was making a left-hand turn from the Maridong street to the Maridong market, he was controlled by the police officer on the Maridong-gu, and refused to affix a seal without presenting a driver’s license, and did not talk to the Defendant.”
Accordingly, the defendant instigated the above A to give false testimony contrary to his memory.
2. Defendant A was present at the court of Seoul Southern District Court No. 409 on December 26, 201, and was given an oath and testimony as a witness of the case violating the Road Traffic Act (Joint Driving) against Defendant B.
On October 15, 2010, the Defendant responded to the question of “the witness driven the Defendant’s vehicle on October 15, 2010.” The Defendant answer to the question of “the operation of the Defendant’s vehicle,” “I would like to answer the question of “where I had been in operation anywhere in any time.”, “I would have been in the light market right after the long distance,” and “I would like to use the safety labelling.
