1. In the case of violation of the Music Industry Promotion Act (No. 2015 High Court Decision 2015Da1583), Defendant B filed an application as a witness with the police that the Defendant reported that he had provided alcoholic beverages and entertainment loans to A in order to prove the fact that the Defendant provided alcoholic beverages and entertainment loans around March 5, 2015, Defendant B had the Defendant make a false testimony to A.
On August 26, 2016, around 13:00 on August 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) called, “A, before the Daegu District Court’s separate court No. 2, to appear as a witness, and to testify that there was no provision of alcohol and entertainment; and (b) provided, “A, upon being punished for a false report, will pay a fine on behalf of the witness”; (c) had A attend the said case as a witness and present himself/herself for perjury; and (d) instigated the said A to give false testimony with the aforementioned contents after taking an oath at the court No. 2 of the Daegu District Court’s separate court No. 2 on August 26, 2016.
2. On August 26, 2016, Defendant A appeared and took an oath in the court No. 2 of the Daegu District Court (Seoul District Court) around 14:00, as a witness of a violation of the Music Industry Promotion Act against No. 1583, Dec. 26, 2016.
Pursuant to the above B’s teachers, the Defendant answer to the question of “A written statement that the Defendant prepared that the Defendant provided alcoholic beverages to the witness and arranged for a ice scam is not true”, and answer to the question of “I would like to answer to the question of “I would like to see, I would like to see, I would like to see, I would like to see, e.g., what I would have been prepared to see, I would like to see, I would like to see, e.g., what I would have been prepared and reported in a false manner,” and I would like to answer the question of “I would like to see, e.g., what I would have been prepared and reported.”
