A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

1,200,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On March 2012, the Defendant purchased, and divided, a psychotropic drug, a psychotropic drug, at the same time, Mescopon (one philophone, hereinafter referred to as the “Mescopon”) from a police officer in the middle of 2012, upon receipt of a proposal.

On March 15, 2012, the Defendant listened to the speech that he wanted to sell phiphones from D, and immediately contacted C, transferred KRW 200,000,000 to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number: E) in the name of the Defendant, and drafted a sum of KRW 600,000,000, by adding his money to KRW 400,000,000, as a written purchase price for phiphones, around March 15, 2012, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.5g,00,000,000 from D from the G Station near the G Station located in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant purchased approximately 0,00,000,000 from D to C, on March 16, 2012.

Accordingly, in collusion with C, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.5g of 0.5g of philophones from D in 600,000.

2. On March 2012, the Defendant purchased and divided philophones from Denman C with a proposal and accepted it.

On March 31, 2012, the Defendant listened to the Defendant’s speech that he would sell phiphones from D, and immediately contacted C with C, and received KRW 300,000 from the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number: E) in the name of the Defendant, and prepared a sum of KRW 600,000,000, in addition to its money KRW 300,000, in the purchase price for phiphones. On March 31, 2012, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.5 g from D from the G Station located near the G Station located in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, Seoul, and around that time, issued approximately KRW 0.25 g out of the phiphones purchased from C to C at the parking lot located in the Gyeonggi-gu Office located in the Gyeonggi-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

Accordingly, in collusion with C, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.5g of 0.5g of philophones from D in 600,000.
