1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B Co., Ltd.: (a) each point of (i) in the attached Form No. 1, 2, 3, and 1 among the area of 573 square meters before E in Sungsung-si.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff is the owner of 573 square meters prior to E (hereinafter “the instant one”) and 2,633 square meters prior to F, in terms of harmony (hereinafter “instant two land”).
B. From September 20, 2006, Defendant B owned a factory building on G and H’s ground adjacent to the instant land owned by the Plaintiff. From September 20, 2006, Defendant B, in sequence, connected 1, 2, 3, and 1 of the annexed drawings among the building “1, 3, and 1, the (A) portion of the factory building in the instant case owned by the Plaintiff. From around 11, 12, 13, and 11 of the annexed drawings among the buildings “bb”, Defendant B occupied the instant land owned by the Plaintiff by illegally occupying the instant land owned by the Plaintiff; from around 30,000, the portion of the building owned by the Plaintiff by constructing a new building on the ground by either successively connecting each of the items of the attached drawings 4, 5, 6, 74, and 15,000 square meters to the Plaintiff; and from around 15,000, Defendant B leased the said land to the Plaintiff on the same date.
C. Defendant C Co., Ltd. leases the above Section A and Section B, including the above Section B and Section B, to Defendant C Co., Ltd., and currently installs machinery, apparatus, etc. within the above Section A and Section C, and uses them as a factory. Meanwhile, Defendant C Co., Ltd., from September 20, 2006 to September 20, 2006, owned 8,9,10,11,13, 12, and 8 of the attached Form No. 115 square meters of the above Section B’s land in order to operate a factory of the above Section B’s building. In addition, Defendant C Co., Ltd installed cement block for the installation of storage tanks and four large storage tanks (a retaining wall, c, div, e,6) (a) on the ground of 15 square meters of the attached Form No. 115 square meters of land in the instant case.
E. Of the instant land 1, the land portion of (a) and (b) is 225 square meters and e.g.
