Therefore, barring any special circumstance, the Defendant is obligated to remove the buildings owned on the said portion 15 square meters, 22 square meters, 32 square meters, 1 square meters, 4 square meters, and 4 square meters of the diversized part, and deliver the relevant site portion to the Plaintiffs’ exercise of the right to claim exclusion of interference based on the Plaintiff’s ownership.
