A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief, around 18:40 on January 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) cut off a theft by driving the CS Q125 of the market price owned by the victim, which is equivalent to KRW 400,00,00,000, which was parked with a view to sticking the key of the victim B, under the modern American Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., Ltd., a 100, Ulsan-dong defense power circulation.

On February 3, 2014, from around 07:00 to 07:20, to from around 18:40 to around 19:10, driving the above Oba, without obtaining a license for a motorcycle.

E. On February 4, 2014, from around 07:00 to 07:20, to from around 18:40 to around 19:10, the driver driven the above stobba without obtaining a license for a motorcycle by shutting back the sections specified in the said sub-paragraph.

F. On February 5, 2014, from around 07:00 to 07:20, and from around 18:40 to around 19:10, the license for a motorcycle shall be granted to and from the sections described in the said sub-paragraph.
