A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On April 1, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on October 16 of the same year.

【Criminal Facts】

1. B. On November 29, 2014, from around 13:00 to 22:00, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license between the Defendant’s house located in the Daegu Dong-guJ and from the Defendant’s house located in the same Gu to the frontway of the same Gu, set back the said section from the said section to around 3 km, driving a Hlearning car as referred to in the foregoing paragraph (1).

C. On November 30, 2014, from around 09:20 to 22:00, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license between the Defendant’s house located in the Daegu Dong-guJ, and from the Defendant’s house to the frontway of the Plaintiff who was in the same Do-dong, Daegu Dong-gu, the said section was shut down, and operated the Hlearning car as described in the foregoing paragraph (1) at the 3km section.

On December 1, 2014, the Defendant is in the Daegu Dong-gu J without obtaining a driver’s license between 13:00 and 14:55.
