1. The punishment of the accused shall be one year;

2. 900,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On September 12, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 18, 2015 at the Gwangju Prison.

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

2. On February 12, 2016, the Defendant administered a philophone in a manner of injecting approximately 0.1g of philophones purchased at the Defendant’s house located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do on February 12, 2016, with approximately 0.1g of philophones purchased, as described in paragraph 1, and melting them into a single clophone, and administering philophones by means of injecting them into the blood body.

3. On February 2, 2016, the Defendant administered a philophone in a manner of inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones purchased as stated in paragraph (2) at the places indicated in paragraph (1) to put about approximately 0.1g of philophones purchased into a single-use clophone and dilution them into the blood pipe, and administering a philophones in a way of injection into the blood pipe.

4. On June 28, 2016, on June 28, 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.5g of philopon from H at the front of G pharmacy at the entrance of the Busan-dong G pharmacy, Busan-gu, at around 12:30 on June 28, 2016, and traded philopon.

5. On June 28, 2016, the Defendant administered a philopon by inserting approximately 0.1g of philopon into a single-use popon and dilution it into the blood body, as described in paragraph 4, at a her mother in which the J’s neighboring trade name in Daejeon-gu I is unknown at around June 28, 2016.

6. On July 21, 2016, the Defendant purchased from H to 300,000 won of phiphones at the entrance of the Busan-dong K market on July 21, 2016 and traded phiphones.

7. On July 21, 2016, the Defendant, who administered a scopon, is in the Daejeon Seo-gu L around July 21, 2016.
