Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

Nevertheless, on April 1, 2020, the Defendants inhaled 0.2 g of psychotropic drugs, respectively, in the house of F in the D Building E in Yangyang-si, Yangyang-si, Busan, and together with F (Detention Prosecution on May 27, 2020).

Accordingly, the Defendants administered Kenya.

2. Defendant A

A. At around 23:00 on November 18, 2019, the Defendant inhaled MMA and Kenya medication with shampoo and ampoo in the toilet of the first floor G-class G hotel in Washington, together with MaMA 1/2 of the MMA 1/2. After approximately 30 minutes, the Defendant inhaled the 0.3g of Kenya in the above toilets using the shampas as soon as the boom for a single purpose.

B. On March 2020, the Defendant came to know of F through I, and then asked F to seek narcotics through F. Around the end of 2020, the Defendant called F to F and asked F to contact with F to enter the place of business from F, and then received contact with F on April 1, 2020, the Defendant received KRW 9 million from the said D building E in cash from the next J, and delivered it to F. The Defendant received KRW 10 g from F to the said D building E and delivered it to F with KRW 10 g from F.

As a result, the Defendant arranged the purchase and sale of F and J's Kenya.

3. At around 22:00 on April 8, 2020, Defendant A and Defendant B administered MMA in a way that they share the water in the house of Defendant A located in the Busan Metropolitan Transportation Daegu Airport L, divided by 1/2 of MDMA 1 by mMA 1/2, respectively, and mMA was administered in a way that they share the water:

As a result, the Defendants conspired to administer MMA.

4. At around 01:00 on April 15, 2020, Defendant C administered the drugs in a way that would be cream together with water at the Busan Jin-gu M and the second N clubs male toilet at the Busan Jin-gu M and the second MMA 1/2.
