Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. Despite the fact that the Defendants were not the authorized person handling narcotics, etc., the Defendants handled MDMA (one name X-si; hereinafter “EX-si”) psychotropic drugs, Kenyas, and Mempics (one name clopon; hereinafter “philopon”) as follows.

(1) After collecting money from C to purchase X-si and Kenya, on April 4, 2019, Defendant A transferred one million won to Defendant B in the name of X-si and Kenya, etc., Defendant B, on April 4, 2019, deposited 1.5 million won with X-si and Kenya as the price for X-si and Kenya’s residence, and administered them together with Defendant B, at the beginning of April 2019, at a remote area of not more than 1.5 million won in Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, as the price for X-si and Kenya’s residence.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to purchase X-si and Kenya from C.

(2) On April 2019, the Defendants administered 1/2 Xers in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan D hotel strike room, respectively, with water, and administered X posters and Kenyas in a manner that inhales approximately 0.5g of the Kenyas as soon as possible using 0.5g of the Kenyas.

(3) On April 2019, the Defendants conspired with the aforementioned method to administer 1/2 x posters and 0.5 g of Kenya in the residence of Defendant F of the Gangnam-gu Seoul E-gu building, Seoul.

(4) On June 2019, the Defendants administered X-si 1/2 with water, and Defendant A administered X-si 1/2 with water, and Defendant A administered X-si 1/2 with water in a manner that inhales approximately 0.5g of the Kenya as soon as possible using the Kenya.

(b) The violation of the Chemicals Control Act (nesting of hallucinogenic substances) shall be construed as "hic substances prescribed by Presidential Decree, among chemicals that cause interest, hallucination, or anesthesia."
