A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes on February 7, 2018 and February 20, 2018;

A. On February 7, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (sexual traffic) committed commercial sex acts by receiving KRW 150,00 won from the male on his/her name in his/her name, who was recruited by the operator of the commercial sex acts using the authorized cable ship B building in Suwon-si, and the commercial sex acts under subparagraph C of this Article, and by taking 150,000 won from the male on his/her name, who was not registered as the commercial sex acts.

B. At around 17:00 on February 7, 2018, the Defendant: (a) was under suspicion of violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (sexual traffic); and (b) was under suspicion of violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (sexual traffic); (c) was prepared to voluntarily act in the Gyeonggi-gu, the Southern Police Station, the Southern Police Station; and (c) the Defendant’s personal information is recorded, making it difficult for the Defendant to discover the occurrence of fines if he/she recorded the Defendant’s personal information; and (c) the Defendant signed “F” in his/her own column of the above voluntary act using the color pen, and submitted G to the police officer of the above police station, who is aware of the forgery, as if he/she actually formed the forged signature.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged F’s signature and used forged F’s signature.

C. On February 7, 2018, in preparing a written statement as a suspect in a case of violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. at the Gyeonggi-gu Police Station in the Gyeonggi-do, the Namnam-gu Police Station and the Living Order Office of Living Order-based Office around February 17, 2018.

For the reasons stated in the foregoing paragraph, F is carried on as if he/she was the F himself/herself, and the statement contains “F” and “H”, etc. in the name column and resident registration number column using the color pen on the written statement, and the following purport is stated that “F was engaged in sexual traffic with male and female on February 30, 2018,” and “F” is stated as “F” in the originator column and the name is adjacent to it.
