1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 28,074,094 for the Plaintiff and KRW 20% per annum from August 20, 2015 to September 30, 2015; and (b) October 1, 2015 for the Plaintiff.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment with no ground for pleading (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. As to the Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay with a rate of 20% per annum from the day after the delivery date of the copy of the instant complaint to the day of full payment, the part of the claim for damages for delay with a rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 to the day of full payment shall be accepted pursuant to the amendment of the “Regulations on Legal Interest Rate under Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings”. The portion of the claim for damages for delay in excess shall be dismissed. The remainder of the claim shall be accepted in entirety and so decided as per Disposition
