Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From December 2017, the Defendant resided in Pyeongtaek-si B or C, and came to look at the victim E (V, 47 years old) house located in the third floor of the D multi-household building in the same city from around December 2, 2017, and found the Defendant in the victim E (V, 47 years old) house.

1. On July 5, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime (influence on a structure) around 10:30 on July 5, 2018 and around 12:36 on the multi-household housing building in which the said victim resides, the Defendant opened a first floor public entrance door and opened it, using stairs, going up in the vicinity of the residence of the victim on the third floor, and found the person.

“In this way, it intrudes into a structure managed by undermining the peace of the residence of the residents of the above multi-household housing building, including the victim, by sounding the victim’s door door.

2. On July 10, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime of intrusion upon residence around 19:30 on July 10, 2018; (b) opened a first floor public entrance door; and (c) opened the said multi-household housing building; (d) opened the said multi-household housing; and (d) opened the stairs to open the front door of the victim’s residence on the third floor; (e) opened the victim’s house door; and (e) intruded the victim’s house into the victim’s dwelling and the victim’s house.

3. On July 16, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime (influence on a structure) around 12:00 on July 16, 2018, to 22:38 on the same day, was in the building of the pertinent multi-households. The Defendant opened a first floor public entrance door and opened it, using stairs, going up in the vicinity of the residence of the victim on the third floor, and opened the door and door.
