A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant intruded the victim B (Ber) on seven occasions during the period from May 4, 2018 to May 17, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as “Ber”) for a 14-day period from May 4, 2018 to the victim who was a female-friendly job victim who did not take care of the victim.

① On May 4, 2018, around 04:08, the Defendant opened a studio gate and entered the studio into the studio, and then intruded on the residence of the victim via outside stairs.

② On May 7, 2018, around 00:11, the Defendant came up before the Victim’s house, and opened the boiler room and intruded on the Victim’s residence.

③ On May 7, 2018, around 20:40 on May 7, 2018, the Defendant got in front of the victim’s house, and up to the rooftop, the Defendant invadedd the victim’s residence.

④ On May 10, 2018, around 18:00 on May 10, 2018, the Defendant got in front of the victim’s house, and up to the rooftop, invaded upon the victim’s residence.

⑤ On May 13, 2018, around 12:21, 2018, the Defendant went in front of the victim’s house, and entered the gate, and opened the victim’s visit to which the 2nd floor was not corrected through external stairs, and infringed upon the victim’s residence.

④ On May 14, 2018, the Defendant: (a) went before the Victim’s house around 22:00, and entered the gate beyond the Victim’s wall; (b) and (c) went up to the second floor of the gate through external stairs into the Victim’s residence.

7) On May 17, 2018, around 23:45, the Defendant was in front of the victim’s house, and entered the gate beyond the gate, and thereafter, the Defendant invaded upon the victim’s residence through external stairs.
