Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

From July 25, 2008 to August 7, 2009, the Defendant: (a) from “C Hospital” on the third floor of the Daegu metropolitan building; (b) from “E Hospital” located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, on October 27, 201; (c) from July 4, 2010 to June 7, 201, from “G Hospital” located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City; and (d) from “I Hospital” located in “F,” the resident registration number (I) of each victim H, the Defendant illegally used another person’s resident registration number after receiving medical treatment such as urology treatment.
