The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall unlawfully use another person's resident registration number, but the defendant A had a mind to unlawfully use his/her resident registration number B in order to receive hospital treatment.

1. On November 3, 201, around 17:48, 201, a patient registration number of another person was illegally used by a nurse by entering a patient registration number B (E) in the receipt book kept in the hospital for the purpose of illegal use in order to receive an increase in the number of the cata in the hospital located in the Busan-gu Busan-si, Busan-si, and submitting it to the nurse.

2. On February 4, 2012: (a) around 12:58, the Plaintiff illegally used the Plaintiff’s resident registration number by giving and receiving the Plaintiff’s resident registration number to the nurse in charge of receipt for the purpose of illegally using the Plaintiff’s resident registration number for the purpose of receiving the Plaintiff’s resident registration number in the hospital located in the Busan-gu Busan-si C, Busan-si.

3. On March 23, 2012, around 11:25, the Plaintiff illegally used another person’s resident registration number by giving and receiving the above B’s resident registration number to a nurse in charge of receipt for the purpose of illegally using the Plaintiff’s resident registration number for the purpose of being treated as an increase in the amount of identification within the D Hospital located in the Busan-gu Busan Metropolitan City.
