Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 29, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Incheon District Court on July 29, 2013 and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 6, 2013.

No person shall unlawfully use another person's resident registration number.

On March 29, 2012, the Defendant received medical treatment from employees in distress in name at C Hospital located in Sung-si, Sung-si, and used D's name and resident registration number E in a fraudulent manner from that time to January 18, 2013, and used D's resident registration number unlawfully over 143 times, as shown in the attached list of crimes.
