A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief and attempted thief;

A. On April 17, 2017, at around 14:00, the Defendant, at the same time, stolen the victim’s surveillance in the “E” operated by the victim D in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, with a copy of the original coffee equivalent to KRW 50,00,000 at the market price of the victim’s possession, which had been kept in the head of the Western where the victim’s surveillance was neglected.

E. On April 24, 2017, around 08:39, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat in the front of the vehicle number omitted on the victim’s name and non-owned vehicle (RV) that was parked on the road of Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon; and (b) cut off and stolen two Twits in the market price, the victim owned in the vehicle.

F. On April 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 08:41, and around 706, as in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, Gyeyang-gu, the “luminous” church located in 3-1, 706.
