A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence 2 through 7 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On June 24, 2016, at around 17:40, the Defendant: (a) discovered the appearance of the victim C being opened and locked at the driver’s seat of Dpoter car located at 94, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Seoul, 739-ro, 739, the Defendant laid down a spos spos spos gate worth KRW 200,000,000, market price of which includes KRW 120,000,000 in cash located near the container.

B. At around 01:00 on August 6, 2016, the Defendant discovered the Victim G while under influence of alcohol in front of the Namdong-gu Incheon, Incheon, and brought about the Victim G, which is equivalent to KRW 50,000 in cash owned by the Victim, KRW 20,000 in cash, KRW 200 in credit card 2,00 in physical card, and KRW 150,000 in the market price, Samsung Galle-gu mobile phone 2 mobile phone in the amount of KRW 150,00 in the market price and KRW 80,00 in the market price.

C. On August 11, 2016, at around 00:30, the Defendant discovered the victim H who was under the influence of alcohol by putting a cell phone in front of the 416 Michuhol-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Seodong-gu, Incheon, and discovered two credit cards owned by the victim in a mobile phone case.

On August 15, 2016, at around 02:20, the Defendant discovered the victim Jail who was under influence of alcohol in front of the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City I, and brought the victim a furma in the market price, containing one of the following items: (a) one cash amounting to KRW 7,000, credit card 1, physical card 1, and 30,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 858,00,000, and one of the Samsung Galle-gu, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 858,00,00.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property four times.

2. The Defendant who violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act shall be the Incheon around August 6, 2016.
