Defendants shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fines, only 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the principal of a school who receives a subsidy from the Lifelong Education Center in Dongducheon City and operates the "E School for Disabled Persons" located in the 3rd floor of the Dducheon-si Building, and Defendant B is the assistant principal of the above school.

Although anyone is prohibited from using subsidies or indirect subsidies for other purposes, on May 29, 2012, the Defendants received subsidies of KRW 17 million from the Gyeonggi-do Office and Dong-gu Office for Lifelong Education Program Instructors in 2012 from the Gyeonggi-do Office and Dong-gu Office for the foregoing disabled on May 29, 2012, and subsequently offered subsidies to instructors as if they were demoted, and then again intended to use them for other purposes.

On July 31, 2012, the Defendants: (a) paid KRW 2.60,00 to the above F’s account by means of a false preparation of the attendance book as if the above disabled school was an instructor of a lifelong education program; and (b) again returned it under the name of support payments and used it for any other purpose, such as living expenses, etc.; and (c) subsequently, the number No. 13 out of the “date of payment of false lecture expenses” in the list of crimes on the daily crime list of crimes in the crime committed during the crime committed during the period of crime, appears to be a clerical error on May 31, 2013; and (d) accordingly, the Defendants used the total of KRW 5.94,00 for any other purpose, such as living expenses.
