A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On February 7, 2016, at around 05:00, the Defendant, at the main point of “E” located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the Defendant: (a) reported that the person who suffered from the nationality of Ma business B (e.g., 25 years of age) and his woman’s Lice G are drinking alcohol; (b) carried the alcohol together, and (c) carried the alcohol at around 06:58 on February 7, 2016, the Defendant went into the said singing point according to the victim’s behavior moving to H singing points near the said main point.

1. On February 7, 2016, at around 08:19, the Defendant forced indecent act committed an indecent act by force against the victim by committing an indecent act against the victim who singing in the above H 10 room located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, with a view to forcing the victim to commit an indecent act against the victim who singing in the table 10, and making the victim sing in the side of the victim.
