Punishment of the crime

1. 2. On October 9, 2020, Defendant B, at around 00:48, tried to arrest Defendant B, who was dispatched with the report of the assault case prior to the above “D”, and attempted to board the patrol vehicle after arresting Defendant B, who was on the duty of the police station 112, who was called out, and attempted to get off the patrol vehicle after arresting Defendant B, who was on the duty of the police station 112, who was on the duty of the police station 1, and the patrol vehicle.
