1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

A. The Plaintiff was the head of the Defendant, and on June 28, 2012, the issue was that the Defendant incurred financial loss, and submitted the following long-term holiday (hereinafter “instant holiday”). The Defendant approved it by a resolution of the party branch office on July 3, 2012, and the Plaintiff did not perform his/her duties as the head from January 1, 2013.

(hereinafter referred to as the “instant suspension of work”). The senior secretary on duty will have his duty suspended for three years as the head on the grounds of his daily work.

The provisions relating to the status as the president of the B religious organization’s general assembly (hereinafter “instant Constitution”) to which the Defendant belongs and the implementation rules thereof are as follows:

B Resignation and resignation from office to Article 43 of the Constitution of the General Assembly of Religious Organizations

1. Voluntary resignation: Where the President wishes to be a Si/Gun/Gu office due to unavoidable reasons and submits a letter of resignation to the City Council, he/she may allow him/her to resign with the approval of the City Council;

2. Recommendation agency: when it is confirmed that the head of a road has performed any act unsatisfy in a church, he may recommend that he be a Si affairs according to a resolution of the party council and the joint council.

If a party submits a letter of resignation as recommended, the meeting shall be dealt with.

3. Voluntary position: In cases where the head of a household submits a written resignation to the party concerned in order to resign due to unavoidable reasons, the party concerned may examine it and have it resign.

Article 46 If the head of a road takes a holiday due to a special circumstance, he/she may pass a resolution at a party meeting.

Article 47 Reinstatement of Course :

1. Where the head of a person who has resigned from office desires to be reinstated, he/she may be reinstated by a resolution of at least 2/3 of the current members;

2. Where the head of the recommended resignation desires to be reinstated, the grounds for such recommendation and resignation shall be resolved with the consent of at least 2/3 of the members per member.
