A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant offered P, Net City Q, Q, and Net City R (hereinafter, this case No. 3) as security and borrowed money from S’s representative T for the purpose of using it in debt repayment and living expenses.

Defendant continued to receive KRW 40,000,000 from T by cash receipt on behalf of H, but without having the authority to prepare a cash receipt on behalf of H, stated in blank as “The cash receipt, daily cash receipt: January 16, 2016; H: The recipient: A: the agent,” stating that “The cash receipt, daily cash receipt,” made use of a tample, in cash.”

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant is entitled to set up a standard contract for loan transaction in the name of H, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, and a cash receipt.
