Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Cactros 13ton cargo vehicles.

From 12:00 on June 18, 2016 to 04:00 on the following day, the Defendant parked the said cargo vehicle at a location located four-lane from the 300-lane adjacent to the bus stops, which begins to occupy a route bus stop in the middle of the Daegu Suwon-gu Office, instead of the vehicle of the logistics company.

There are two different tunnels and three lanes, where the road is wider than four-lanes, a honded road at the right edge of the road. In order to prevent accidents due to frequent traffic accidents, it was designated as a road for the night parking concentration control section other than the next notice, and there was a sign board "on the night sampling parking control" and "on the drinking and stop prohibition" sign board at the time, and there was a duty of care to prevent accidents from parking at all.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and neglected to illegally parked the cargo vehicle in the above place without taking any particular measures, and caused the eM5-lane driving of the victim D(18 SM5 ) who had driven the road at that place, shocked the divers of the said cargo vehicle, to shock the rear of the said cargo vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant: (a) caused the victim F (18) who was on board the said car to die on June 19, 2016 due to cerebral brain damage, etc. at the Pakistan Hospital; (b) caused the victim G (18 years of age) to die due to cerebral brain damage, etc. at the Gannam Hospital on the same day; and (c) caused the victim H (18 years of age) to die due to pulmonary pulmonary brain injury, etc. at the Gannam Hospital on the same day; and (d) caused the victim D to die due to d on October 11, 2016 due to cerebral dyssis, etc. at the Gannam Hospital on the same day.
