A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the duty of driving a taxi for business use C.

On July 8, 2016, the Defendant driven the above taxi at around 10:30, and changed the lane to four-lanes in the direction of intersection, where three-lanes in the 124-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul, about 15:5:0, the 3-lanes in front of the exit 124, are running along the 3-lanes in the direction of intersection, along the 3-lanes in the direction of intersection.

In such cases, the defendant has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by changing the vehicle line so as not to impede the passage of the vehicle that is being driven in the lane to change the traffic conditions of the front and rear by operating the direction of the vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as the structural frame of the right string in need of treatment for about seven weeks due to such occupational negligence, and at the same time, the Defendant escaped from the accident scene without taking measures such as immediately destroying the bicycle to the extent that the repair cost of KRW 3,230,000, such as replacement of a sculf, and immediately saving the victim.
