Punishment of the crime

On September 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 03:00, at the front of the Suwon Station post office located in Suwon-gu Confucian School, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, 13, the Defendant: (b) had the victim B, while performing a long-distance performance, trying to sing to play a singing; (c) the victim prevented himself from doing so; and (d) expressed his desire to sing to sing down microphones where the market price is unknown; and (d) had the line linking microphones and amp off to the ample.
