A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:00 on October 25, 2015, the Defendant: (a) laid microphones on the floor used by the victim C, which were located under the ground that microphones do not work in the state of being taken by the victim C; and (b) destroyed the microphones equivalent to KRW 290,000 in the market price owned by the victim, and damaged the microphones and ampamps equivalent to KRW 120,00 in the market price.
