A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The seized marijuana leaves (certificates No. 1) and four weeks (certificate No. 2) shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On January 201 to February 201, the Defendant: (a) purchased 500,000 won for purchase to purchase phiphones with D in the street around the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Hospital; and (b) purchased phiphones by sending them to E, receiving 0.4 gramphones from E; and (c) dividing D and 0.2 grams.

B. The Defendant, as described in paragraph 1(a), 1:00 on the following day after purchasing phiphones, inserted 0.05g of phiphones in a single-use care room in a philogram, and injected them in a way that melts them into water to the left bloodline.

C. At around 23:00 on November 201, the Defendant purchased 0.5 grams from E along with D at the parking lot of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G Hospital at KRW 500,000.

The Defendant, at the same time as the statement in paragraph (c) of Article 1, put 0.05g 0.05g of phiphones into a single-use motor vehicle, and d, E, etc., administered them together with water by melting them into the left part of the blood body.

E. The Defendant received 0.05 grams from E at the F Office of the Youngcheon-gun, the date from January to February 2012, at around 21:00.

F. The Defendant put 0.05g of philophones delivered from E at the same time and place as the entry in paragraph 1(e) in a single-use injection machine, and melted water with water into the left part blood cells, and administered them in a way of injection.

G. On March 2012, 2012, the Defendant received 0.05 grams from E at the 1stmopon’s parking lot or I Scopon.

H. The Defendant, on the same date and time as the description in subparagraph 1, put 0.05g of phiphonephones delivered from E in a single-use injection machine, melted water into the left part and administered them in a way of injection.

(i) On March 13, 2012, the Defendant received 0.05 gramphones from E at the Jelon-si, Pelon-si, Pelon-si, 13:00.

(j) The Defendant is the same date and time as the entry in paragraph (1).
