1. The Defendant’s KRW 10,000,000 and its related amount are 5% per annum from May 23, 2011 to July 21, 2015 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff is an employee employed at the site of new construction of the building of the headquarters C located in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu.
